@henry.hesr.whith: No matter how you feel, you can choose to forgive and walk in love. God can free us from bitterness and other emotions that destroy our joy and keep us from forgiving others. Nursing anger can poison our lives. If we refuse to acknowledge our anger and to address its causes, we hurt ourselves and those around us. The goal of life is to love even those we consider our enemies. Prolonged anger can distort our lives and lead us into actions we will later regret. But God can free us from it and heal us. A grudge is a heavy burden to carry. There's no better time than right now to apologize or offer forgiveness, and to restore a priceless relationship. Put out the fire of anger before it blazes out of control !!! :) > Dear God, please guard us from uncontrolled anger. Comfort us in times of hurt and disappointment. Lead us into your word where we can find strength, direction, and renewed hope. Help us to forgive those who have wronged us and to humble ourselves to ask forgiveness from those we have wronged. Give us your peace and reconcile us with one another. Amen !!! :) > "In your anger do not sin". Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, Ephesians 4:26 !!! :) >
