The policies nowadays will entrench you. Social mobility has become a myth. The growth the govt is pursuing is akin to a population ponzi. It is unsustainable and will result in future gens paying the price for the mistakes now. Current gens are already paying for the disastrous so called assets enhancement that PAP pursue in 2000s leaving many paying sky high prices for basic necessity like housing.

That’s such a bad example. When covid hit construction halted, wfh became the norm, families forced to stay indoors together 24/7. The whole demand and supply dynamic change. Hindsight is 20/20 but at least use a better example.

Many such cases are without immediate-SUPPORT/unnecessary-DELAY by MSF-ComCare. A case was 1st-raised to MSF-ComCare on 29 Dec 2021, and was informed that ASSISTANCE would be looked into for our RELATIVE, who is HOARDING in an HDB apt, where she is staying ALONE Following that, there were multiple contacts and follow-ups involving MSF and THK Jurong: • 30 Dec 2021 – Ex called to say visiting same day at 1:00 pm • 03 Jan 2022 – Advised that call would be returned • 13 Jan 2022 – Call transferred out • 15 Jan 2022 – Advised that call would be returned • 26 Jan 2022 – Informed that staff would return call • 25 Jul 2022 – Follow-up contact • 17 Apr 2023 – Returned my missed call • 12 Jul 2023 – MSF-THK called • 11 Sep 2023 – MSF-THK called again Despite these contacts and follow-ups over the years, NO TRUE-assistance has been rendered to date. This raises CONCERNS about whether the case has been properly followed up. The PUBLIC hopes MSF-ComCare ENSURE these cases receive the attention and assistance they DESERVED. Matter had been sent to Prime Minister Office as well because of the WAYANG by agencies (Will be HELD-RESPONSIBLE together with HDB if FIRE🔥/DISTRESS/MISHAP happens) Till 05 August 2026 (Almost 5-years) NO-PROGRESS including HDB mishandling of her Transfer-Case, Fee COLLECTED but NOTHING done. WHY❓(HDB Lapses revealed by Auditor-General’s Office on 15 July 2026)

If FINANCIAL-MISCONDUCT is not properly investigated, prosecuted, and penalised where wrongdoing is established & MONIES RETURNED to victims, can potentially lead to serious issues: • Impersonation scams involving government officials, banks, telcos, or postal services (So RAMPANT) • Money-laundering activities (WHY it happened in Singapore ❓DISGRACE) • Fraud targeting vulnerable and innocent members of the public (So RAMPANT) There have been concerns raised regarding a case involving a REMISIER where it was alleged that customers’ cheques were cleared but no trades were executed, shares were traded without proper authorisation, and payments to customers were not made. Reports relating to these concerns were previously submitted: 1. Police Reports: F/20231029/7049 and F/20191027/2075 2. MAS References: MAS-2019-11-02133 and MAS-2023-12-03015 According to prior communication, the matter was said to be subject to REPRIMAND. There remains concern among affected parties that no visible enforcement-action has been taken, just because they are enjoying super-paid salaries (Iron-Rice-Bowls & cannot BE RESPONSIVE) It is important that all reported matters are thoroughly investigated and ENFORCEMENT-ACTIONS taken but not sweep-under-the-carpet
