This video was originally meant to show you how we load and ship structural steel, but it ended up revealing a problem in our own safety management. This is the loading and shipping area at our structural steel factory. When I watched the video again after filming, I noticed that the truck driver had entered the loading area without wearing the required safety helmet. Although he isn’t one of our production workers, anyone entering an active structural steel loading or lifting area should follow the site safety requirements. This also reminded me that safety management shouldn’t apply only to our own workers, and standards shouldn’t be lowered simply because someone is only entering the work area temporarily. Employees, outside drivers, suppliers, and anyone else entering an active work area should follow the required personal protective measures. I’m always willing to show you our structural steel factories, storage tank factories, petroleum equipment factories, production equipment, and engineering projects. But if I’m willing to show what we do well, there’s no reason to hide what we still need to improve. When we find a problem, we fix it. Management shouldn’t only ask workers to follow the rules—we should also keep looking for gaps in our own management. Now you can be my “safety inspector” too. Did you notice any other problems in this video that I missed? #SteelStructure #SteelFabrication #SteelStructureFactory #StorageTankFactory #steelstoragetank
