The first screenshot appears right in search. Open the listing and you get the wider previews, along with the “Made for iPhone Duo” label. I also pulled up Claude as another example. Apple is highlighting a collection of apps for iPhone Duo in the Apps tab, so there's an editorial discovery surface to look at as well. Getting featured is still Apple's decision. The practical takeaway for me is to check the whole experience on the device: search results, the App Store listing, and the app itself.
