okay so hear me out: I think the converstation between Steve and Thor is kinda ooc, because Thor was so happy when Steve was able to wield Jonathan, he literally yelled "YES I KNEW IT" and they're on good terms about it. Thor was pretty much fine with Jane wielding Jonathan too, so why would it suddenly bother him that Steve can hold it? And why would Steve ask him, "oh does this bother you" after they established that Thors fine. So my theory is, that Thor knows that Loki and they just dont tell the rest bc Loki is known as a villian. And thats just their brotherly banther, bc asking Thor if that bothers him seems very Loki like, and it makes sense that Thor is kinda pissed that Loki can hold the hammer, bc theyre brothers yk.

Yes loki is def worthy. But IF WE ARE TO BELIEVE the Encore post credit scene, we see loki go back and retrieve/recruit steve. I believe that it really happened because if they wanted there to be a plot twist where it turns out to be loki, they probably wouldnt re-release endgame just to say “hey! Steve is back!” (Though you can never underestimate the greed of these companies) So he must be helping them in some capacity in the movie.

they're acting like THOR himself could not wield mjolnir for a while because he was not worthy until he proved he is. exact same as steve who COULDNT LIFT IT during AoU party... like theyve showed us time and time again people BECOME WORTHY its not predetermined.

I’ve always wondered, and now seems like a good time to ask. Which Loki is your favorite? Original Loki that died in Infinity War (who probably can’t wield Mjolnir) or Loki2 aka timelord (who probably can wield Mjolnir).
