The problem is people don't think a relationship is ended when someone is cheating. the cheating person has ended the relationship before the other person was even aware, and yet the victim is always told to be the rational one .. the rational choice is to leave.

Now this is some narcissistic and manipulative behavior for sure! The thing is, he has always been that way but hid his true self in the beginning of relationship and then his mask started coming off which is why he began treating her like crap. The relationship was over before it even began in my opinion. Glad she left him, she dodged a bullet!
