Could you give the full routine I should be using? Curly, frizzy, red headed, air dry only. I’m 55, don’t own a blow dryer or straightener. I leave regular conditioner in daily. Shower daily and wet my hair and add more conditioner each day. Wash 2x a week? I use Paul Mitchell Extra Body Sculpting Gel. Shampoo and conditioner is L’Oréal Elvive in the purple bottle. I’m shedding twice as much and have been on HRT for 10 months. I understand that I need pumpkin seed oil (name brand please) and Vitamin D3. I’ll order if you say it’ll help with shedding. Thank you kindly!!
