@dngthykhanh506: ✨ One in a Million Moments of Jesus · Frame 41 ✨ 🩸 Sweat Like Drops of Blood 📜 The Moment: They went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus said to His disciples, 'Sit here while I pray.' He took Peter, James and John along with Him, and He began to be sorrowful and troubled. 'My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death,' He said to them. 'Stay here and keep watch.' Going a little farther, He fell to the ground and prayed that if possible the hour might pass from Him. 'Abba, Father,' He said, 'everything is possible for You. Take this cup from Me. Yet not what I will, but what You will.' 💛 The Tenderness: Jesus' sweat became like drops of blood. That's how intense the agony was. Not just physical pain — it was the weight of bearing the sins of all mankind. The pain of being separated from the Father. He would rather drink that bitter cup than let us be separated from God forever. Every drop of sweat, every drop of blood — it was for you. For me. 💫 For You Today: Are you also in a Gethsemane moment right now? Your soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. The cup feels too bitter to drink. But Jesus understands. He's been there. And He also shows us: not My will, but Yours be done. Obedience isn't the absence of pain — it's choosing the Father's will even through the pain. Because His will is always good. Always carries the hope of resurrection.
