@smartxtheory_sg: Smart homes don't have to be expensive! 🏠💡 Here's a little behind-the-scenes of one of our ongoing smart home projects in Singapore. The house is still undergoing renovation, but we're already getting the smart home setup ready! Here's what we're working on: ✅ Smart switches for everyday lighting control ✅ Sonoff smart panel for centralised control ✅ Battery-powered smart blinds ✅ Battery-powered curtain motors ✅ Home Assistant configuration and setup 💰 Total configuration cost for this project? Just around S$1,300! And here's something we do differently — we don't mark up smart devices. Homeowners pay the actual device costs, while we handle the configuration and setup. The goal isn't to fill your home with expensive gadgets. It's to make your home smarter, more convenient, and affordable. Note: S$1,300 refers to configuration and setup for this project. Hardware costs are separate. Would you consider a smart home setup for your BTO? 👀 #SmartHomeSG #homeassistant #bto #sgrenovation
