Mkhubha :
He was attacked yes, remember after he also provoked the woman to attack him.. Then her attack was ot physical mean with no weapon, for him to draw a gun that is not proportional to the attack, the woman hands was not seemimly to be fatal to the man, even if he used his hands he would have over powered her, but chose to draw a gun for less powerful person. He could not prove his life was in danger.. Though he may justify by saying he was preventing further escalation that could have resulted in fatal incident.. But that does not justify the fact that he used provocative words to the woman until she reacted, he called her "sefebe, hamba kunyoko, niya loya vele, uya feba, sefebe ndini".. Because he knows that he has a gun..
That was not a self defence but a crime.
1. Discharging a firearm wrongly,
And many charges can be added, and be rest assured his competency is at stake, can be revoked. Or if not, the gun is without licensed and another charge to that, and if no license, the charge of possession ammunition without license can be added. Don't forget, insulting cn have its own charge..
The guy is trigger happy and that gun must be removed from his hands and ownership, and be declared unfit to posses a firearm. I will be surprised is by now is not behind bars. This guy does not represent me as a man, I don't shoot a gun to an empty handed woman.
