@gj.sweetandsavoury: Salt and Pepper Chicken Ingredients 500 gms Chicken cubes 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup flour 1/2 cup cornflour 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 & half cups Water For Sauce: 4 tbsp Oil 4 garlic 1 large onion 4-6 green chilies 1 cup spring onion 1 tsp soy sauce Magic spice mix: 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp chicken Powder 1/2 tsp chili flakes Marinate the chicken with all the mentioned ingredients, flour, and water, into a thick coating, shallow fry both sides for 12-14 minutes until golden crispy.set aside.
