imo the best ending is leaving NC with panam and her nomad tribe. if you look into the cyberpunk lore theres actually a group of nomads who specialize in special cases like V and the relic so theres honestly a chance V survives in that ending

I think the ending with reed honestly could be the best ending, but for some reason they decided to make you ghost Panam and not give you the chance to make it up, also it acts like V cant function without cyberware even though there's several people who have done runs exclusively without it.

One of the main reasons that I don’t think it’s the best idea is bc Johnny can finally be with alt, even if it’s not the alt he once knew, I still feel like alt always has been and always will be his 1st true love

it broke me when he genuinely wouldn't fight me when I was going to spend the last few months with the aldecados, I wanted to keep the body but I pleaded with him but he was ready to go, it was sad as hell, I continue to use Johnny's gun in that save file

I disagree because in my mind V isn't gonna give up until they die. That's why I like the ending where you end up in space showing you're still working, vs the ending where you run away to die with Panam. Maybe it's hopeless but it was always hopeless the whole time and we still did all that shit. May as well keep doin shit and see how far you can go. Johnny's a person but he's not a human. I think it might have been better if he became his own entity on the net. I don't wanna merge consciousness with an Alt, either.

At the end of the day, Johnny lived his life. He got to come back even for a little while and that’s more then anyone else gets, so even if V only lives for 3 more days those are V’s three days to live, I’ll see you around, Roman.
