@vickimosley: This news story this week that has really broken my heart. A 12 year old boy who is autistic snuck out of his home Wednesday night. He was running across the street and was struck by two vehicles around 8:45 PM in Oklahoma City. The family told local media that the boy had severe autism and a history of eloping (wandering or running away). The drivers involved stopped at the scene and have been cooperating with the Oklahoma City Police Department as the investigation continues. This is just so tragic all the way around for everyone involved. Please be in prayer for his family, classmates, the rescue workers and the people in these vehicles. #autismawareness #autismacceptance #autismsupport #autismparenting #autismsociety Autism Society Creating connections for the Autism community to live fully.
