The ruling party will win again and not because it’s doing a great job but because our votes are not united. If we had a single party to vote for than things would change but we vote for 6 different parties and the majority votes for the ruling party and it looks like they won but only because we are not united in voting for 1 party. Lets say South Africa has 10 million people voting and only 2 million vote for the ruling party but the remaining 8 million gets split to the other parties the ruling party will win again.
