I grew up going to Lake Mead with my parents. My grandparents lived in Meadview. Haven't been there in years. so sad to see how low the water is now

I remember when we were kids like in the late 80s my uncle told me at Lake Mead. He saw a helicopter with a couple of divers jump out of a helicopter dove down and hook a barrel up to a line and pulled it out of the water and they took off with it. He told me they were in and out quick he said it definitely wasn’t police. It looked military every time I went to Lake Mead after that, I thought about it.
