Most cars still have the oil filter under the car so yes they need to change that too

How do you get it out of the oil filter?And aren't you supposed to replace the oil filter every time you change oil?So you still gotta crawl up under the car and get to oil filter off, right or wrong

oil filter, and does not work on every cars. mostly European cars are built for this. and if you dont change the oil filter then your not changing your oil.
