@mamatansofficial: When I first started Mama Tan’s, I asked MakanSutra legend, KF Seetoh, one of Singapore’s most respected food critics, to try my chilli sauce. He refused. 🥺🌶️ Fast forward to now… after hearing so many positive reviews, he finally tried it. He joked that it was “ang moh chilli sauce” 😂, then I asked: “Is this up to your standard?” The joking stopped. His reaction says everything. He said “very good” and explained exactly why.
