@mustsharenews: The People’s Action Party (PAP) has elected its latest central executive committee (CEC), with several familiar names retaining their places in the party’s top decision-making body. However, first-term MPs Jeffrey Siow and Jasmin Lau, who were both nominated, did not secure enough votes to be elected. Meanwhile, Tan See Leng and Zaqy Mohamad were also co-opted into the committee after receiving the 13th and 14th highest number of votes, respectively. The PAP constitution allows up to six members to be co-opted into the CEC. Link in bio: @mustsharenews 📷: Lawrence Wong on Facebook
