Not an offensive if you are on your own property, play loud music! Not a damn thing the game warden can do!

Captain Ted :
He said the stand is on the property line. That's a dead given that the hunter is not hunting solely on 1 property!

They need to think about them themselves. I’ve had more hunting and fishing ruined by a game warden than anybody else. Literally on the single day I got to hunt one year, a game warden walked out when I had the only buck I saw of the day on the feeder, completely ruined my season hunt

In 2001 I was on chemo fighting cancer. I went from 230lbs to 75lbs in two months. Very sick. My 6 y/o son wanted to go fishing. I didn’t think I had the energy to take him but I was afraid I might not have another chance to spend time with him. I took him. He took his little bitty kid pole. I didn’t fish. Didn’t take another rod. Just wanted to watch him and take it all in. Game warden showed up and wrote me a ticket for fishing without a liscense. Then gave my son a little plastic badge as a gift. I lost all respect for game wardens from that day forward. Judge was pissed and dropped the ticket. I beat cancer thank the lord.

"as long as you pay the state for the right, and as long as you dont have a firearm that would be problematic for law enforcement in a gunfight, YOU HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT to hunt"
this is the entire summary of the bill of rights. there ain't 1 right that isnt being abused aside from the 3rd

It’s all about plausible deniability, which this guy doesn’t have. If you want to interefere, then build dirt bike tracks next to the fence. Then routinely go out and ride them. Not just when they’re hunting but multiple times a week. Buy a saw mill and routinely cut logs. Build a barn and work on your tractor. Just do it routinely enough that if the cops bother you, there is evidence is routine not an intentional act. You can even install perimeter security alarms around the whole property so it makes noise when people get near the fence line. Then you can show the cops you’re not singling out the neighbor because it’s around the entire property. This law is all about intent. Do you intend to interfere or do you intend to do something normal that happens to interfere
