For those who don’t know what actually happened, NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. was on an American Airlines flight in 2022 when he reportedly fell asleep. The flight attendants claimed he appeared to be going in and out of consciousness, so they called the police because they were concerned about his condition. However, when the officers arrived, one of them reportedly said, “He looks good to me.” The officers were responding to what the airline had reported, and they explained that whether he could fly was ultimately the airline’s decision. Beckham didn’t believe he had done anything wrong and initially refused to leave, so the airline had the passengers get off the plane while the situation was handled. His lawyer maintained that Beckham had simply been sleeping and was willing to fasten his seat belt.
