Cancel your order as soon as possible if you suspect something is wrong.Once the seller has generated a postage label, they may need to approve the cancellation, so don’t delay. 📦 2. Be careful when choosing a delivery service. Check the courier’s delivery options and proof-of-delivery process. If a parcel is left with a neighbour or in a supposedly safe place while you’re away, it may be marked as delivered even if you haven’t received it. ⏰ 3. Act quickly if your parcel is missing or something seems wrong. Check Vinted’s current buyer-protection rules and report the issue through the app within the stated deadline.
