I think she has issues herself. He's done his time. She wants a scene for people to react to. He's literally minding his own business. She confronted him.

he's spent 15 years for being imprisoned for beating her auntie he or No man should EVER!!!!! however if this girl stepped out her house because she seen him around and she feels the need to record him for what for the incident that was done 15 years ago as much as I don't want to defend him but it's just the facts ..she's antagonizing him. now I'm not saying she can't go out on the street see him and whisper to her friends or her boyfriend and say "thats who beat my aunt" or given a dirty look or even say something but to go there film and then just start going on and on and on =your antagonizing him
