@wellnessbynorah: Four years ago today, after having gone to bed with numb feet, I woke up numb from feet to hips, and have been that way ever since. I spent three days in a hospital chair before I was given a bed, where I spent another nine days, unable to walk, and undergoing tests and treatments. I use a mobility device now, which has been enormously helpful, and I manage chronic fatigue and weakness, but I am incredibly thankful to be a Pilates instructor and to have such a generous and supportive community on social media.
