He has performed with the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, UP Symphony Orchestra, UST Symphony Orchestra, and the James Madison Symphony Orchestra, and has appeared in major venues such as Merkin Hall (New York) and the Taichung National Theater (Taiwan). He has collaborated with renowned artists including Kevin McMillan, Charles Ullery, and Mary Boodell, and continues to champion both standard repertoire and Filipino art music in his performances. In addition to his work on stage, Clement plays an active role in arts leadership and education. He currently serves as Artistic and Program Director of the National Music Competitions for Young Artists (NAMCYA), where he oversees national programming, jury coordination, and artistic planning. At the University of the Philippines College of Music, he leads the Music X Extension Program, which delivers interdisciplinary outreach and creative initiatives for communities. He has directed major projects such as the Jovita Fuentes and Jose Contreras Music Institute and the Hiligaynon Art Song Workshop, both of which highlight his commitment to cultural preservation and new music creation. He also serves on the board of the Piano Teachers’ Guild of the Philippines Foundation, Inc.
