She came back to "apologize" after 3 years of no contact. It didn't last. After 3 years of no contact, discovering that she has other handles on each different social media platforms, I now realize I meant more to her than I originally believed. Avoidants are weird and dangerous people emotionally. They can APPEAR to be incredibly loving, caring, and understanding people, but they will vanish in a fuckin heartbeat, and treat you as if you're nothing, while "loving" you. It is a wild ride having a relationship with an avoidant.
