mine were soooo bad. the first few weeks were so incredibly painful 😅 but after nearly 2 years my teeth were straighter than I will ever be lol. and they're still- been 9 years

Make sure you always were your retainer after your braces treatment is done. Retainers are a life long commitment, if you want your teeth to stay straight. Nighttime for a lifetime
