i have a 9 months old cockatiel...i adopted him last July... unfortunately he was caged with 2 birds all the time and was very scared of being touch ... i gain his trust to step on my fingers and shoulder..but I'm scared to let him out while I'm out as he doesn't know how to land yet and i feel I'm keeping him inside the cage too much ..i try my best to let him out the moment i come home but i guess it's not enough

I have one right now, I'm home most of the day, but I also have two dogs. We are a family of 5, my cockatiel is out with us for several hours every day, and I spend a lot of time talking and whistling when he is in the cage (he has a large cage). Does that sound good? He seems very happy so far[Rødt hjerte]
