@americasragingpolitics: 🚨 FBI ARRESTS GEORGIA MAN ACCUSED OF FIREBOMBING ICE FACILITY! A federal immigration enforcement building in downtown Atlanta became the target of an alleged Molotov cocktail attack, and now a Georgia man is facing serious federal criminal charges. Inique Hinton, 31, of Douglasville, Georgia, was arrested Friday following an FBI investigation into the October 20 incident. According to the Department of Justice: 🔴 Surveillance footage allegedly captured the suspect approaching the ICE building around 8:12 p.m. 🔴 Investigators say an incendiary device was ignited and thrown toward the facility. 🔴 The device struck the exterior security fence, causing flames to spread. 🔴 Federal agents recovered a glass bottle, lighter fluid, burned cloth and a lighter. 🔴 The FBI previously offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Hinton faces federal charges of attempted arson of a federal building and damaging government property. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison on the attempted arson charge and up to 10 years on the property-damage charge. No injuries or significant structural damage were initially reported. The suspect is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. THE QUESTION: Regardless of where you stand on immigration enforcement, what should the consequences be for someone convicted of attacking a federal government building?
