We still have a good landlord, I believe you 💯 because my landlord and landlady are the best expecially my landlady, if I did not get home by 8pm them will start calling and asking if everything is okay with me, the house feel like I am living with my parents, I was pregnant when we moved to the house and they always check on me if am OK or I need anything because my husband was not around, the day i gave birth they are the one that took me to the hospital and started running again before my family came, unfortunately we lost our landlady this year, May her soul rest in peace 🙏

Obob instead of my Landlord to increase my rent baba dey reduce am o.. he will say Wesley you are a good tenant, you take care or my compound you cannot be paying the same amount, i go just dey look the man, last time i wanted to move out baba beg o he said is it the rent? I will personally reduce it for you, i said no sir i want to move closer to my work place he said no, i will reduce the rent for you so you can use the money to be fueling your car i shock,, if he wants to change anything in the compound if i no like am e no dey do o 😂
