You clearly don’t live in the neighborhood; reducing the argument or why this building sucks to ‘people don’t appreciate the look of the architecture’ completely sidesteps the concerted effort locals made to save the park church cooperative and now it’s overpriced apartments, which serve no one around here

Because my child used to do low cost after school craft programs there and no there is nothing like that. Community centers are important.
