God have mercy. I used to take lots of milk in Africa without any stomach upset, bloating and farting. I have had this problem since moving to the UK.

he's talking true facts go to Africa taste any regular milk and that milk is the creamiest sweetest milk you'd ever taste even better when it's straight of a mother cow, but in the UK the milk is diluted, ultra heat treated and more stuff done to it and it don't even resemble milk anymore I mean how tf can British farms with cows produce milk all year throughout... they cant

I grew up in a farming family, and I know that animals produce milk after giving birth, especially when they have access to natural grass and pasture.
