Derek knew. he kept asking Cristina to check in on her but Cristina as much as i love her she was soo caught up in scoring the next surgery to take a minute to truly see if Mer was okay. As someone who has struggled with mental health we always say we're fine but it takes a special person to understand that doesnt always mean we are.
