My boyfriend and I were just talking about this while looking at rings. I told him I don’t care if my future ring comes from a pawn shop or thrift store, I love him, not the piece of jewelry. It’s something I’ll cherish forever regardless of the price. I told him to just get something he thinks I’ll like.
