He should pay the utility bills directly and STOP giving her money directly. Period! When my kids were growing up, I NEVER had my nails professionally done- unless I polished them at home and my hair- I couldn’t afford to get my hair colored, I was lucky to afford getting it trimmed twice a year and most times I cut it myself. It’s called priorities!
