Halloween Cookies🧡🖤 Orange chocolate chip cookie dough * 1/2 cup butter (softened) * 1/2 cup brown sugar * 1/4 cup granulated sugar * 1 egg * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 cup chocolate chips * Orange food coloring Black vanilla cookie dough * 1/4 cup butter (softened) * 1/4 cup packed brown sugar * 2 tbsp granulated sugar * 1 egg * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 3/4 cup all-purpose flour * 1/4 tsp baking soda * Black food coloring For the Orange Cookie Dough: 1. Cream the butter, sugars, egg and vanilla 2. Add the flour, baking soda, and food coloring, then mix until just combined 3. Fold in the chocolate chips 4. Set aside For the black dough: 1. Cream the butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla 2. Mix in food coloring 3. Add the flour and baking soda 4. Mix until combined 5. Set aside. For the Assembled Cookie: 1. Take approximately half of one orange dough portion and half of one black dough portion 2. Flatten both into small pieces 3. Place a whole Oreo in the center 4. Wrap the orange dough around one side and the black dough around the other 5. Round out the dough into a ball with your hands so the Oreo is completely sealed 6. Repeat for all 6 cookies 7. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet 8. Refrigerate for 45 minutes 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes 10. While baking cut some Oreos in half and use icing to place eye sprinkles on each one 11. Once the cookies are done place each cut oreo on top and let it cool for 10 minutes 12.
