Oh my GOD. I kept quiet this whole time but I divorced a diagnosed bipolar narcissist, and the way he “ran “ to church to act like the better and bigger person. Forget church. Change your behavior and how you treat others as well!

Just stay consistent…they call it three day miracle. First day: realization, you feel motivated to change , regret things, and promise to change everything. Second day: you try to follow through but the excitement starts to fade and old habits come circling back. Third day: the return, motivation wears off and you are back into the same pattern.
