Can we talk about Julia Whelan’s “male voice”?? Because I usually prefer dual or duet narration when I listen to romance, but if it’s Julia Whelan I know her impersonating a man is going to sound hotter than most actual male narrators! 😂😂😂 🥵

Susan Erickson is a GREAT narrator! She has a great range if you ever take a look at her books. My favorite are JD Robb’s “in death” series.

Sometimes when I’m in a reading rut, I just flip through by narrator. If Julia Whelan or Brittany Pressley is narrating, I already know I’ll at least enjoy it.

You had me at Whelan! I’d also like to submit to you, Ray Porter: ‘Project Hail Mary’ and ‘The Terminal List’ series. I’d argue that listening to Ray is better than whatever voice I’d create in my head. Plus he is so good with international accents.
