ive seen land in tx 3 hrs from town ,100 acres for $700k, nothing on it, says its ready to raise cattle. no rancher could buy that land an be able to raise cattle it aint possible ud be upside down every year 10s of thousands that land should be 100k at most on a good year if it produced 3 cuts of hay
