Lisa Rinna Says She Is “Excited,” Not Nervous, to Return to Broadway With Husband Harry Hamlin After Nearly 20 Years Lisa Rinna, 63, is heading back to Broadway. And she will share the stage with her husband, Harry Hamlin, 74. She told PEOPLE on Oct. 18, “Funnily enough, I am not nervous. I’m excited.” Rehearsals were set to begin the next day. She said, “I will take the red-eye, and I will have my first rehearsal tomorrow.” The show is “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play.” It takes place in a 1940s radio studio, where actors perform the classic Christmas story live on the air. It is the play’s Broadway premiere. Previews begin Nov. 4 at the Broadhurst Theatre. It opens Nov. 18 and runs through Jan. 3. Jerry Zaks directs. Andrew Rannells plays George Bailey, and Megan Hilty plays Mary. Tituss Burgess plays Clarence. Hamlin will play the villain, Mr. Potter. Rinna will play Violet. This is not their first time on Broadway together. In 2007, they starred in “Chicago” as Roxie Hart and Billy Flynn. They have also worked together on “Veronica Mars” and on their TV Land series, “Harry Loves Lisa.” The couple has been married since March 1997. They have two daughters. Hamlin told PEOPLE in March that they celebrated their 30th anniversary a year early. He said they had not taken a trip, just the two of them, in 32 years. He said, “So we hadn’t had a romantic trip, and so we had one, and it was great.” Would you go see Rinna and Hamlin on stage together? #Lisa #Harry #celebrity #Broadway #Event - @content.studio01
