I made the grilled cheese equivalent of this a while ago, same set up, just slap that delicious white gold in between and treat it like you would a grilled cheese on the pan, or do the toast first so it’s not soggy, half cooking them then take off let cool, put cream between, sandwich and finish grilling as normal
