They found bin Ladens hideout. All they knew was the outside dimensions. Behind high walls. For a week or month I think, special forces trained with rotating layouts so every day or so they layout of the training rooms changed, so they have to memorize hundreds of possible combinations. Not to mention, two helicopters were sent but because of the walls, it caused one to crash in the compound but everyone survived. The documentary on this on Netflix was really good and I’d recommend watching

Isn’t it like not legal to shoot anyone that isn’t a active threat like even if the compound is housing a threat there is no guarantee that the threat doesn’t have innocent bystanders inside the compound

Outer hip or lower back pain that keeps coming back? 🦵 The problem might be coming from a muscle you don't even realize is working overtime. Your gluteus medius is a muscle on the outside of your hip that helps stabilize your pelvis during everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, running, and standing on one leg. When this muscle becomes overloaded or isn't working efficiently, it can contribute to persistent outer hip, glute, or lower back discomfort. Here are 3 things that may help with gluteus medius pain: 1️⃣ Identify Your Triggers: Pay attention to whether walking, running, climbing stairs, or standing on one leg makes your symptoms worse. These movement patterns can help identify what's contributing to your pain. 2️⃣ Build Hip Strength and Control: Exercises like glute bridges, step-ups, and hip abductor strengthening can help improve pelvic stability and distribute the workload more effectively. 3️⃣ Consider Acupuncture: Targeted acupuncture may help reduce muscle tension and painful trigger points while you work on improving strength and movement mechanics. 💡 The takeaway? Your lower back or outer hip pain may be connected to how your hip muscles are functioning. Treating only the painful area without evaluating your movement patterns could mean missing part of the problem. At Clifton Physical Therapy, we combine individualized movement assessments, targeted strengthening, and acupuncture to help patients understand what's contributing to their pain and work toward lasting relief. 👉 Learn more about acupuncture for gluteus medius pain and explore your treatment options: https://www.cliftonphysio.com/acupuncture-for-gluteus-medius-pain-in-nj 📍 Clifton, NJ 🌐 www.cliftonphysio.com #GluteusMedius #GluteusMediusPain #OuterHipPain #HipPain #LowerBackPain #GlutePain #HipStrengthening #HipStability #Acupuncture #SportsPhysicalTherapy #PhysicalTherapy #CliftonNJ #CliftonPhysicalTherapy
