Yes sometimes when I cough I feel pain in my back. I have 3 herniated discs in my back and 4 in the neck 😫

recently I had a herniated disc and sciatica that came on very suddenly. I literally couldn't walk at first for about 10 days and in extreme pain. After a few weeks I am much better. However I have had all the symptoms of spinal stenosis for years which limits my walking and standing. I am awaiting the results of a MRI and wonder whether it will sow anything?

Four spine surgeries over 30 years and I’ve got all that. Nobody wants to actually deal with it, then just send me to a different doctor until I give up or run out of money.
