I think the health of my relationships reflect the health of my relationship with myself.. if I’m struggling with change with myself I’m most likely going to struggle with change in a relationship if/when it happens, and when that happens, I take it as an opportunity to reflect and accept change in myself so I can accept change in others.

I do agree. However, for women when we do meet people where they are at we need to accept where they are and not give them any type of benefit of possible potential especially in a romantic setting. Change is only proven through continuous actions. Tigers do not change their strips even in the workforce.

exactly why I never go off first impressions. I go off what they did 30min-1hr ago. don't mean I don't forget bad events with them but what it does is are they able to change and potential of what their currently doing. so that we grow together or so they grow with or without me.
