@primalgourmet: Roast Chicken & Chips… golden, juicy & cooked-to perfection chicken gets roasted on the @TraegerGrills Woodridge for a delicious essence of smokiness that infuses every bite. This one goes over a bed of aromatic vegetables so every drop of rendered fat & juice flavours them below. By the time the bird comes off, you're halfway to the best gravy you’ve ever had: a pat of good-quality butter, a spoonful of cassava flour to keep it gluten-free, some flavourful bone broth & a quick reduction. While the chicken roasts, the potatoes get a blanch, dry & fry treatment, leaving you with properly crispy chips while using much less oil. And you should still have enough time to whip up a garlicky aioli that will take the flavours to another dimension. For me, a death row meal #TraegerGrills #TraegerAmbassador .
