no. they only pay for working hours, but they don't pay for non-working hours. Accordingly, why waste non-working hours on them? You're the boss and the employee, not friends to call up and chat in your free time, right? If employers get very arrogant and don't hesitate to demand something outside of business hours, then why not also start getting arrogant and demanding, um, HUMAN TREATMENT?
