Newly released body camera footage shows officers approaching a car in a Walmart parking lot in June with guns drawn. As the vehicle moved forward, Sgt. Hunter Foster fired into it, killing 1-year-old Kohen Wiley, who was sitting on his mother’s lap. Mississippi’s attorney general ruled this past week that the shooting was justified because the vehicle had moved toward an officer. Wiley’s family disputes that finding and is calling for a federal investigation.
