They sit under! But the glue under your lash kinda like mascara but don’t brush your entire lash because they’ll clump. Just apply to the base. Then apply each cluster and then let the dry for a bit and then apply the sealant. I like to use a mini fan. I like to wait at least 24 hrs before I get them wet and if I need to wash my face I just kinda avoid my eyes

Most last crush are meant to go under the eye lashes. I have done both upper and lower before. As long as you can tolerate how it feels you’re fine. There is a learning curve with glue. I apply glue to my lashes and the clusters
