It’s crazy that people say “plan better”, I “planned”to be picked up from a friend at a planned location at the official drop off spot. The cops closed multiple roads and prevented people from turning into the official rideshare pickup. I had to text using “satellite” because no cell service to coordinate a new location. I got picked up an hour and a half after the concert and I CAN imagine all the people who ubered and their driver canceled because of the clusterfuck which was TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY and Fort Worth police. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO NEED TO PLAN BETTER

i missed my flight and around 5 am the rides came back at a decent price. 300$ for a 20 minute uber was the most ridiculous

Honestly, the people saying they left early means that they left the system of a down. And good for yall… but doesn’t take away from the fact that the post festival debacle didn’t suck balls. lol that shit was so crazy! And I took a nap in my car! So I could only imagine how miserable it was for everybody who didn’t drive. And big shout out to them because it took three hours to get out of the parking lot. Imagine how long it would’ve taken if EVERYBODY drove. Shit just happened the way that it happened. Could’ve been any one of us waiting on an Uber and chilling at Bucee’s 💡

As an uber driver. The police department should be held 1000% responsible because they literally didn’t allow us to get to the “designated” pick up and made the traffic flow 1 million times more difficult than it had to be

In case you didn’t see my reply someone else, it was a horrible time for out of towners cause something was going on with cell service in that area yesterday. I work at an Amazon warehouse across from buccees and I couldn’t clock in our out from work and some of our Work Phones weren’t working either. Cell service is normally really good out there
