@ellenyxwebart: First and foremost, I want to apologize for my unexpected hiatus. Life took an unexpected turn, and unfortunately, my Crohn’s disease had other plans for me. I’ve spent time hospitalized and recently underwent surgery which resulted in over a foot of my colon and small intestine being removed. It’s been a lot to process, but the beautiful thing is that recovery has been going really well! I noticed a difference almost immediately after surgery. Even with the obvious incision pain, I felt better than I had in months. I now have a temporary ostomy bag and am slowly finding my way back to living again. It’s honestly wild to look back and realize just how sick I really was. Sometimes, when you’ve been living with something for so long, you forget what feeling good is supposed to feel like. Now that I’m finally getting closer to that feeling again, I have a whole new appreciation for the little things. With all that being said, I’ve started feeling that familiar spark of inspiration again. My shop is officially ✨OPEN✨ again and I’m so excited to get back to creating, dreaming up new ideas, and sharing more of my art with you all! Thank you to everyone who has stuck around, supported my little corner of the internet, and given me the grace to step away when I needed it most. It means more than you know.
