Easy Dutch oven pot roast 🤤 recipe below & follow for more easy meal ideas! . This has tender, fall-apart beef, hearty vegetables, and the most delicious buttery herb broth! 😍🍂🥩 I made this when my in-laws were in town, and it got nothing but compliments! Served over creamy mashed potatoes, this is the ultimate cozy Sunday dinner. It takes a little time, but it’s SO worth it! You can also easily make this in the crockpot. ❤️ . Ingredients: -2½ lb chuck roast -Salt and black pepper, to taste -Garlic powder, to taste -Onion powder, to taste -Kinder’s Buttery Herb & Garlic seasoning, to taste -Olive oil, for searing -1 yellow onion, chopped -4 large carrots, roughly chopped -5 celery stalks, roughly chopped -8 oz mushrooms, washed and halved or quartered -1 tbsp minced garlic -4 cups beef broth, plus extra water or broth as needed -1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce -2–3 sprigs fresh thyme -2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary -4 tbsp butter -Mashed potatoes, for serving . 1. Pat the chuck roast completely dry with paper towels. Season generously on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Kinder’s Buttery Herb & Garlic seasoning. 2. Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the roast on all sides for a few minutes until beautifully browned. Remove the roast and set aside. 3. Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook for a few minutes. Add a splash of beef broth and scrape up all those delicious browned bits from the bottom. 4. Add the carrots, celery, mushrooms, and minced garlic. Stir everything together. 5. Return the roast to the Dutch oven and nestle it among the vegetables. Pour in the remaining beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce. Season the broth with additional salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Kinder’s seasoning to taste. 6. Place the thyme and rosemary sprigs on top and add the butter over the roast. 7. Cover and simmer gently over low heat for 3–3½ hours, checking occasionally. Add a little water or broth if needed to keep enough liquid in the pot. The roast is ready when the beef is fork-tender and easily pulls apart. 8. Shred the beef and serve over creamy mashed potatoes with all those tender vegetables and delicious broth! . CROCKPOT OPTION: Sear the roast and sauté the onions first for extra flavor, then transfer everything to your slow cooker. Cook on LOW for approximately 8–9 hours, or until fork-tender. Enjoy!! 🥰 #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #foodtiktok #Foodie #fyp @Le Creuset @Kinder's Flavors
